The effect observation of physical agent and chinese medicine retention- enema for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Abstract
Objective: To investigate the effect of physical agent( microwave and medium frequency electric) and chinese medicine retention- enema for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. Methods: To select 285 patients not wearing the contraceptive ring diagnosed as the Chronic pelvic inflammatory disease by the department of gynecology,divide them into three groups randomly. The treatment group patient receive the combined physical agent and chinese medicine retention- enema from the proposed side,thecontrol groups receive respectively physical agent orchinese medicine retention- enema. Results: The effect of the treatment group was significantly better than the other two groups. The treatment group compared with the control group Ⅰ,χ2= 11. 650,P 0. 01; treatment group compared with the control group Ⅱ,χ2= 13. 524,P 0. 01,the difference was statistically significant. Conclusion: The treatment of physical agent and chinese medicine retention- enema have a synergistic effect in the treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease. The combined use of them shows a better therapeutic effect on chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.
