The efficacy of chinese medicine enema treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease

Objective To investigate the efficacy of Chinese medicine enema treatment for chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 48 cases of chronic pelvic inflammatory patients were divided into treatment group and control group according to the different treatment they received,and there were 24 cases of patients in each group.The patients in control group received oral drug treatment,while the patients in treatment group received Chinese medicine enema treatment.Meanwhile,both of the two groups received pelvic microwave treatment.Results The effective rate of the treatment group was 95.8%,and the effective rate of the control group was 75.0%.The difference of the two groups was significant(P0.05).Moreover,the side effect of the two groups was improved after symptomatic treatment,and they didn't affect the research.Conclusion Chinese medcine enema treatment can improve the efficacy of chronic pelvic inflammatory disease.It is safe but needs to enchance the nursing.
