Abstract

Upgrading of industrial structure is the precondition and foundation of comprehensive upgrade of processing trade.This paper analyses the industrial structural condition of processing trade from external symptom and internal property two layers,then discusses direction and focus,at last suggests that the upgrading of industrial structure processing trade need follow the 3 principles and several policies.
