Abstract
In the era of post global financial crisis,major Chinese economic regions previously powered by traditional processing trade are facing common development bottlenecks,which makes transformation and upgrading of processing trade a prerequisite for the continuous and health development of regional or even national economy.This paper systematically analyzes the current status and trend of factors like the processing trade,GDP,industrial structure,pillar industries,enterprises type and scale and so on by using management statistics and industrial analysis methods,which is based on the national processing trade upgrading experiment city,Dongguan.Research results are insightful in investigating potential approaches and methods for the transformation and upgrading of traditional processing trade from industrial and enterprise perspectives.
