Abstract
Objective To evaluate endoscopic surgery in the treatment of nasal cavity and maxillary sinus inverted papilloma. Methods The data of 5 cases of nasal cavity and maxillary sinas inverted papilloma operated with endoscope were analyzed retrospectively. Results The inverted papilloma, lateral wall of nasal cavity and invaded mucosa were resected under the nasal endoscope. The results with 0.5~2 years follow-up were cured in 4, recurrent in 1. Conclusion Endoscopic surgery can effectively resect the tumors of nasal cavity and maxillary sinus. With the advantage of less injure, clear field and retained function, it is easy to accept for patient.
