Abstract
The study aims to synthesize and identify imazethapyr artificial antigen.[Methods] The hapten of imazethapyr was synthesized using imazethapyr, oxalyl chloride and aminocaproic acid as original materials via nucleophilic substitution and hydrolysis reaction. The hapten was conjugated with bovine serum albumin(BSA) by carbodimide method to obtain immunogen and with ovalbumin(OVA) via mixed anhydride method to get covering antigen.[Results] The structure of the hapten was confirmed by IR,UV,1H NMR and HPLC-MS.According to accumulation principle of UV absorption, the conjugated-ratios of BSA and OVA were 18∶1 and 7∶1.[Conclusions] The two artificial antigens were successfully synthesized, which provides a basis for next polyclonal antibody preparation and ELISA kit development.
