Further Propelling the Construction of the Government under the Rule of Law at a New Start

In the Report of the Seventeenth National Congress of the Communist Party of China,the content regarding the construction of the country and the government under the rule by law has been well illustrated.At the new start of the history,to further propel the construction of the government under the rule of law is one of the vital and urgent missions in speeding up the socialist country under the rule of law.At present and in the future,we should focus on four key projects within the stage of enhancing the construction of government under the rule of law,which are: to speed up the system reform of administrative management,to perfect the Administrative Organization Law and Public Employees Act,to maintain the principle of scientific and democratic-based legislation,to standardize the administrative execution and propel administration under the rule of law,to construct effective administrative supervision system and to ensure the administration executed in a right way.
