Analysis of clinic blood transfusion in hospital

Objective:To analyze present situation of the blood component transfusion in our hospital and guide blood transfusion effectively and reasonably.Method:The status of blood tsansfusion in our hospital from 2006 to 2008 and the rate of blood component transfusion were analyzed.Result:The percentage of blood component transfusion exceeded 99.8%.Red cell,platelet and plasma transfusion were mainly used.Platelet and cryoprecipitate was transfused more and plasma was used less year by year.Conclusion:The percentage of blood component transfusion had attained the world's advanced level.Platelet and cryoprecipitate were used well,but the abuse of plasma transfusion should be reduced further.
