Chinese Trade Surplus:Structure Analysis and Future Prospects

This paper analyzes the features of Chinese trade surplus structure, and looks ahead the future prospects of Chinese trade surplus. By anatomizing trade surplus the paper thinks that the intra-product division and labor cost advantage together bring trade surplus. Then the paper forecasts future prospects of trade surplus through econometric tools and international comparison, both methods give the same result that trade surplus will persist for a long time in the future.
