Abstract

The continual high trade surplus takes a big problem to our economic policy.In this paper,on the basis of the analysis of China trade surplus structure,we have found out the main reason is that the relative low price of resources,such as human resources and natural resources.And then we have put forward our suggestions that the reform in resources price system is an important way to solve the trade surplus problem.
