Abstract
Study the combined forms and distribution of selenium, the extraction and separation technology of macromolecule containing selenium in corn of Shuanghe of Enshi city. Using different extraction solvent to distill polysaccharide and protein of corn , and atomic absorption spectrometer to determine the selenium content of all component parts. The selenium in protein is the main form storing in the corn, accounts for 83.4 % of total selenium, in which the Selenium in water-soluble protein accounts for 51.9 %. Also has a part of selenium and the polysaccharide union.
