Attaching Importance to Essence not Form in Sports Teaching Reform

Abstract

The sports school teaching reform has been going on for many years,but has not received the results as expected.It should be seriously reflected on the problems in sports teaching reform to solve them.This article analyzes the problems influencing the reform of sports teaching,so as to promote school sports teaching reform smoothly.
