The Reflection and Reform about University Sports teaching in the New Century

Abstract

This paper,by means of analyzing the problems existing in the traditional sports teaching,has clarifies the necessity and urgency of sports teaching reform in colleges and universities, and has also probes into the question about how to develop the policy of teaching reform.Sports activities are actually practiced,which would be observed,thought about,performed and practiced by both teachers and students.Therefore,the college sports teachers are given more requirements in ideology,knowledge structure,and teaching form.The sports teachers not only improve students in knowledge and morality,but also develop their innovation and competence.
