Teaching reform of university sports from the perspective of the lifelong sports

Abstract

From the perspective of the teaching purpose of school sports,based on the situation of paticipating in the sports of students and the factors affecting choice and cultivating the sense of lifelong sports on the demand of students,the thesis makes a related study about the education status and teaching contents and methods and construction style and teaching appraisal of university sports.And it proposes the insufficient of the university sports education and the main factors of influencing the sports teaching.Meanwhile,on this base the thesis proposes that sports teaching should take the health first as the guiding ideology and take education as the goal and make the lifelong sports as the master line to advance the current sports educating reform.
