Abstract
Objective:To determine the optimum extraction of flavone from Persimmon leaves.Method: The effects of extraction time and frequency,solid to liquid ratio,level of alcohol on the extraction rate of flavone was investigated with Rutosids,Meletin,Hyperoside as index;the optimum extraction of flavone from Persimmon leaves was determined by orthogonal experiment.Result: The optimum flavone from Persimmon leaves were: the extraction time was 1 h,the level of alcohol was 70%,solid to liquid ratio(g·mL)was 1∶ 8,and it was extracted two times.Conclusion: The optimum extraction process is achieved,suitable for industrialization.
