Abstract

The CO2 supercritical fluid extraction technology of flavonoids in ginkgo biloba leaves was optimized by orthogonal experiments. The experimental results showed that the order of different factors affecting extraction rate was alcohol concentration extraction pressure extraction temperature. At the condition of 2 h extraction time and 35 kg/h fluid velocity, the optimal experimental parameters were 15 MPa extraction pressure,95% alcohol concentration,55 ℃ extraction temperature. The results showed that the extraction rate of flavonoids was considerable.
