Clinical observation of three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy of non-small cell lung cancer 40 cases

Objective To evaluate three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy for non-small cell lung cancer and adverse reactions.Methods A retrospective analysis of clinical data of Yancheng City Second People's Hospital Department of Radiation Oncology Three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy,40 patients with non-small cell lung cancer patients.Results Totally 40 patients by three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy 2 months after the evaluation of efficacy,including complete response(CR) 6(15%),partial remission(PR) l9 cases(47.5),stable(SD) 13 patients(32.5%),progress(PD) 2 cases(5.0%),the total effective rate(CR PR) was 62.5%.3-year follow-up showed overall survival rates were 67.5%(27/40),45.0%(18/40),27.5%(11/40).Conclusions Non-small cell lung cancer three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy,the treatment target dose increased,there is a better short-term effect,and the recent radiation side effects,most patients can tolerate.
