Abstract
Objective To investigate the effect of non-small cell lung cancer three-dimensional conformal radiotherapy and conventional radiation. Methods A retrospective analysis of three-dimensional conformal radiation therapy hospital,60 patients with non-small cell lung cancer clinical data. Results The observation of 60 cases,9 cases of complete remission(CR),31 partial remission(PR),18 patients with stable(NC),2 patients with advanced(PD),overall response rate(CR+PR) was 66.7%(40/60),1,2-year survival rates were 69.6%,47.8%.Conclusions Non-small cell lung cancer dimensional conformal radiation therapy, the treatment target dose increased, there is a better short-term effect, recent fewer adverse effects, can be accepted with the majority of patients.
