Abstract
The new flow control devices, turbulence inhibitor and wall gas blowing, have been developed for the tundish of slab continuous casting in No.2 Steelmaking Plant, BENXCO by compared experiments. The results showed that, those two flow control devices can not improve the key parameters and movement track for fluid flowing in the tundish remarkably, but also, avoid the molten steel to splash and reduce molten steel from gas adsorption in the filling of tundish.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
A contribution statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
Method details are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Findings are not separately available in the OpenAlex metadata.
Limitations are not available in the OpenAlex metadata.
