Abstract
In this paper orthogonal test was applied to determine the trace elements in flower tea, such as Se Fe Mn Sr Cu,by ICP-AES.It could provide many information in less experimental times and could chose the best experimental condition by square-error analysis. It could be helpful for improving experimental accuracy. The method is simple, rapid, accurate and may determine many elements at the same time. The recovery of the results of the method is in the range of 97.2%~103.1% and relative standard deviation is less than 2.51%.The experimental result discovered all five kind of herb tea are not including Pb element, also Se,Sr,Cu,Fe,Mn was high to the person body beneficial trace element content, prompts five kind of Herb tea to have the high nutritional value.
A significance statement is not available in the OpenAlex record.
