Abstract
At present, regional tourism spatial agglomeration is based on tourism industrial chain or value chain, which is a dynamic process forming a tourism region with a certain scale, space, function and economic effect by means of the efficient integration of tourism elements. The paper reviews the current situation of the research of tourism agglomeration with its focus on the essential factor agglomeration, the tourist flow agglomeration and the tourism industry clusters, thus putting forward some feasible suggestions on strengthening tourism spatial agglomeration research, optimizing spatial structure, promoting tourism competitiveness as well as the sustainable development of tourism.
