Design of Deep Foundation Pits Considering the Subway Effect

Abstract

The protection of subway is the most important point of the design of deep foundation pits nearby the subway.Different measures should be used according to the building sequence of subway and deep foundation pit.Some special technologies are introduced in the design of deep foundation from the completed foundation works.It is hoped that this article will bring some good advices and references for the designers.
