Abstract
Subway is adopted extensively by each big city for typical example of underground space development, protection problems of adjacent building have been run into in common in subway station deep foundation pit construction at urban district. In the light of the process of the construction in pit project of the south stretch of No.1 line of Nanjing Subway,as well as engineering geology and hydrogeology conditions, this paper describes the settlement principle and its calculation method on adjacent buildings, summarizes the program design and effective protection measures, and analyses the monitoring data, which can give some reference to other similar projects.
