The analysis of prenatal diagnosis in 3728 cases for genetic consseling

Objective:To investigste valuv of amniotic fluid cells in prenatal diagnosis of the chromosome disease.Method:Amniotic fluid cells were cultured from gravidas with prental diagnosis indication,and there karyotypes were analyed by G band.Results:The rate of Training success of 3728 cases is 99.5%,108 abnormal chromosome karyotypes were detected.Conclusions:The success rate of amniotic fluid cells cultured in situ is high.The results are satisfied in the initial application.
