Study on Sustainable Land Resource Use in Luohe City of Henan Province

Land resource is the material basis of human life.The ever-increasing population,the rapid development of economic and social and the increasing environment pressure are main situations in our country today.Sustainable land use has already become a far-reaching impacts issue.Taking Luohe City of Henan Province as an example,the paper analyzes it's present land resource use and the needs and general situations of economic as well as social development,and then seeks effective ways of sustainable land use in typical plain agricultural region and in the region of transformation of urbanization and industrialization for the decisions of land use and land administration.
