Abstract
The ruling style of the western countries is manifested in the forms as separation of party and government based on the divisions of powers, democratic ruling, shift of power, and indirect ruling. The socialist countries, represented by soviet Union, bears the ruling style that the party and government is not separate from each other and the party practices the function of the government, and the style of lack of democracy and direct ruling. Reform and perfection of the CPC’s ruling style should, adhering to the basic political principles, develop democracy within the Party, practice separation of the Party and government and indirect ruling.
