Abstract

Iron-base superalloy containing Ni and Cr was treated in hydrochloric acid system by using membrane electrolysis method. The operation condition for the membrane electrolysis process was decided by optimizing experimental conditions. The results show that under the conditions of voltage of 1.5 V,average current density of 500 A/m2,Ni2+ concentrations of 1 mol/L,anolyte acidity of 1 mol/L,polar distance of 20 mm and temperature of 35 ℃,average current efficiency can be up to 90% while energy consumption is about 1 200 kW·h/t.
