Abstract
Objective:To establish a determination method of quercetin and kaempferol in Eritrichii Herba.Methods:HPLC was applied.The column was Eighteen alkyl silane bonded silica gel,the mobile phase was methanol~0.4%phosphoric acid(45∶ 50),the flow rate was 1.0 mL/ min and the detection wavelength was 368nm.Result:The linear range of Quercetin was 31.4~314 ng(r=0.9997),the average recovery was 96.96%(RSD=1.54%).The linear range of kaempferol was 30~300 ng(r=0.9999),the average recovery was 97.92%(RSD=1.91%).Conclusion:The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Eritrichii Herba.
