Abstract

[Objective] The research aimed to establish a method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol contents in Xiaozhuotonglin granules.[Method] The contents of quercetin and kaempferol in Xiaozhuotonglin granules was determined by using HPLC.The separation was performed on SHIMADZU VP-ODS c(250.0 mm×4.6 mm,5 μm).The mobile phase was methanol-0.4% phosphoric acid solution(48∶52) at the flow rate of 1.1 ml/min.The defection wavelength was 360 nm.[Result] The linear range of quercetin was in the range of 0.075 2-0.270 5 μg,the addition recovery rate was 99.5%,RSD=0.30%(n=6),the linear range of kaempferol was in the range of 0.113 0-0.406 8 μg,the addition recovery rate was 99.7%,RSD=0.34%(n=6).[Conclusion] The method for the determination of quercetin and kaempferol in Xiaozhuotonglin granules by HPLC is simple,rapid,good repeatability and accurate,and it is suitable for the determination of Xiaozhuotonglin granules.
