Abstract
Objective:To explore the clinical value of repetitive gastric lavage and injecting pralidoxime and cimetidine to stmach in the treatment of acute organophosphorous insectisides poisoning Method:The patients were lavaged with water or 0 9% sodium then waited for 1~2 hours for another gastric lavage chloride solution Result:All patients had no complications,no recurrence or medial syndrom only 1 cases died Conclusion:Repetitive gastric lavage and injecting pralidoxime and cimetidine to stomach can clear away toxic substances, decrease complication and reduce the fatality rate
