Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of Moxifloxacin in treating Chlamydia trachomatis cervicitis. Methods 109 patients were distributed randomly to two groups.A group were administered w ith Moxifloxacin 400 mg,qd ×15 d.B group were administered doxycycline with 100 mg,bid ×15 d.The efficacies were evaluated on 1~2 week after completion of the treatment. Results The clin ical cure rates of the two groups are 93.1% and 60.8%,respect ively, there is strongly statistically significant difference between them(P 0.01).Conclusion Moxifloxacin has high efficacy and good tolarance in treat Chlamydia trachomatis cervicitis.
