Clinical study on uterine fibroids treated with mifepristone

Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of mifepristone in treating uterine fibroids.Methods The 40 patients with uterine fibroids were given mifepristone,3 months for a course of treatment,taking observation of clinical effects after 2 courses of treatment.Results After taking the average volume of uterus and fibroids significantly smaller than before treatment;the differences were statistically significant(P0.05).Conclusion Mifepristone has a certain effect,less adverse reaction,worthy of clinical application.
