Abstract

In a supporting electrolyte containing 0.05mol/LKCl (pH 1.70), a sensitive derivative reduction peak of meloxicam was observed by single-sweep oscillopolarography. The peak potential is -1.05V (vs .SCE). The relationship between peak current and the concentration of MLX is linear in the range of 1×10-7mol/L~9×10-6mol/L(r =0.9992).The detection limit is 5.0×10-8mol/L . The method was applied to determination of meloxicam in urine sample.
