Abstract

After years of development,the hard environment of Shanghai international has matured,but its software development and support is still scarce.This article begins with analysis the tax system,legal environment and the aspects of finance and insurance of London international shipping center,on the basis,discuss Shanghai International Shipping Center Current Situation,Problems and proposed to enhance the soft power of Shanghai International Shipping Center countermeasures.
