Clincal research of surgery for hyupertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.

Abstract
Objective To research on patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage surgical timing.Methods Retrospective analysis of 135 patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage by surgical treatment,According to the time interval between pathogenesis and operation,these patients were divided into the ultra-early group,the early group and the delay group,and the results were compared to three group.Results The recovery of consciousness level was more quickly,the rate of excellent was high and the rate of complications and death was lower in the ultra-early operation group than those in the other two groups,postoperative hemorrhage rate did not increase.Conclusion Ultra-early operation for the patients with hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is beneficial for functional recovery,and the patients who have indication for operation should be operated on the ultra-early stage.
