Abstract

Objective To search a safer operation method to treat hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods Compare the result of the traditional operation method with the result of the early operation on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage. Results Among the patients treated by early operation,13 cases died, the death rate was 20.3%.But the traditional operation, the death rate was 35.2%.Conclusion The method of early operation on hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage is safer and better,which can reduce the death rate greatly.
