Investigation of the Treatment of Surgery on Hypertensive Intracerebral Hemorrhage(report of 30 cases)

Objective To discuss the surgical outcome of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage.Methods A retrospective analysis of 30 patients with hyperteusive intracerebral hemorrhage was performed.Amount them 28 patients were treated by intraventricular aspiration and drainage while 2 cases were performed under small bone flop craniotomy.Results Amount 30 cases,significant improvement or improve- ment was achieved in 28 cases(93.3%).Othere 2 cases died(6.7%).Conclusion The better outcome could be achieved if indication of operation was chosen properly and in proper time of hypertensive intracerebral hemorrhage was treated by appropiated method of operation and post-operative emnplication might be prevented.
