Abstract

Objective Analyzed serious adverse drug reactions(ADR)of traditional Chinese medicine injections to provide the References information for rational Drug in clinical Practice.Methods the 51 ADR reports in our hospital were counted、classified and analyzed,which were collected by clinical pharmacist in our hospital from Jan.2009 to Dec.2010.Results 0f the 51 ADR cases,43.14% occurred in patients aged above 60,and 30.12% manifested as lesions of skin and appendants.51Cases involve 11 infections.Conclusion The TCM injection should be used with great care in clinical medicine and the monitor of ADR should be enhanced in order to improve the level of the reasonable medicine use.
