Abstract

Based on the characteristics of pyrite cinder containing high arsenic in Yunnan, the combined process of magnetic separation and acid leaching was used to obtain iron concentrate. The optimal conditions of acid leaching process were found by a series of tests. The iron concentrate of 61.2% Fe and 0.043% As with a recovery of 67.18% Fe was obtained.
