Abstract

This paper shows that the foreign enterprises take advantage of their scale effect to enhance their position in economic and technology innovation from the perspective of the introduction of the large-scale of foreign investment in China.Their enthusiasm of technology innovation is not higher than domestic enterprises,and didn't play a part in driving the technology innovation of domestic enterprises,its status and function existence serious asymmetry.
