Study on the Technical Innovation Strategy of the Rising of Central China

This paper analyzes on the problems existing in the technical innovation of central China,and based on this,puts forward the countermeasures and ideas for promoting the technical innovation of central China,which include changing the mode structure of introducing the techniques,treating well the relation between the introduction and the innovation,strengthening the motivation for the innovation behavior of the main body's innovation,opening various channels to solve the problem of the shortage of innovation funds,treating well the relation between the system innovation and the technical innovation,paying attention to the human capital investment,and combining the urbanization and the technical innovation,etc.
