Innovation:the key to China development in the 21st century

Abstract
On the basis of expatiating the important effect of innovation in China's development in 21st century and the importance of precisely understanding the concept of innovation to the development and progress of China, the author puts forward that the strategy of innovation should establish efficient and conformable national innovation system with the situation of our country. We should work well in both sides: One is the enhancement of software developments of national innovation system; the other is the enhancement of hardware developments of national innovation system.
