Abstract
Objective To explore the curable effect of early mental intervention and fluoxetin on patients with post-stroke depression.Method 90 patients of post-stroke depression were randomly divided into the control treatment group and the comprehensive therapy group(therapy of mental intervention and fluoxetin) before treatment.All patients were given fluoxetin orally 20 mg once a day.The comprehensive therapy group was given mental intervention additionally.The clinical therapeutic effect,the HAMD-17 and SSS were observed before treatment and at the ends of 2nd,4th and 8th week after treatment.Results The clinical therapeutic effect,the HAMD-17 and SSS of the comprehensive therapy group were improved significantly(P0.01 or P0.05).Conclusion The early comprehensive therapy of mental intervention and fluoxetin was an effective preparation for treatment of post-stroke depression patients.
