Evaluation on Regional Cities Technique Innovation Level in Henan Province

On the basis of designing the index system of regional cities technique innovation in Henan Province,this paper used factor analysis,generated a synthetic factor to measure the technique innovation level of 18 cities in Henan Province.And then divided them into 3 different gradient types by clustery analysis.The research also discussed the different characteristics and provided a judgment of the process of technique innovation level,and then put forward the fundamental structural thinking of the regional cities technique innovation level in Henan Province.
