The Evaluation and Countermeasures of the Science and Technology Competitiveness of Cities in Henan Province

This article builds the comprehensive evaluation index system of the competitiveness of technology, and the Data comes from the 2008 Statistical Yearbook of Henan Province,based on a number of evaluation index to carry out factor analysis of cities in Henan province,uses the socio-economic statistical software SPSS 13.0 to evaluate the scientific and technological competitiveness objectively of cities in Henan Province in 2008,and advances the corresponding policy suggestion about the competitiveness of science and technology of Henan Province.
