Research of Vocational Colleges "Double-role Teachers" Continuing Education Management Mode

Double-role team construction is the focus of the vocational education development.Based on vigorously developing vocational education context,combined with the status of vocational colleges teachers,the paper proposes double-role construction mode which takes the combination as the basis and carries out the cooperation between the school and enterprise.The paper develops evaluation and restraint mechanisms programs for double-role construction and training which can be taken as the protection with a good growth environment and evaluation and incentives mechanisms.Then,the paper proposes the measures and suggestions aiming at double-role team construction,which will help to improve the quality of higher vocational education teachers in China and to promote the development of vocational education.
