Abdominal Trauma of Multiple Organ Injury in the Early Diagnosis and Treatment

Objective To investigate the clinical features of abdominal trauma and the way to improve the rate of early diagnosis. Methods Clinical data of 110 cases with abdominal trauma of multiple organ injury hospitalized in our hospital were analysed. Among them, 80 cases were treated by surgery(groupⅠ), and 30 cases were treated conservatively(groupⅡ). Results In groupⅠ,76 cases recovered,different complications occured in 3 cases,and 4 cases died. In groupⅡ,2 cases died. Conclusion Severe trauma any the delay of treatment are the main cause of the death. For abdominal traumas,the surgery is still the reasonable treatment. Certain indications are most important thing to be considered for conservative treatment.
