THE DIAGNOSIS AND TREATMENT OF 162 CASES OF BLUNT ABDOMINAL INJURY

Abstract

Objective To explore better the diagnosis and treatment of blunt abdominal trauma.Methods Retrospective analysis of 162 cases of blunt abdominal trauma were made according to the clinical data including the causes and types of injury,the diagnoses and the treatments and the clinical outcomes.Results Injuries in traffic accident were the main cause(136 cases),and other causes were falls(18 cases) and bruises(8 cases).Multiple organ injuries accounted for 35.86%.134 cases in 162 patients(82.72%)were cured,and 28 cases(7.28%)died.Conclusion Blunt abdominal trauma are mainly caused by traffic accidents and should receive early diagnosis and treatment.
