Empirical Research on Zhejiang Residents' Income from Property

How to make the accumulation of wealth in the labor as a source of income becomes a focus of current society.This study shows that the proportion of Zhejiang residents' property income is not high in total household income,but it is growing faster than wage income,operating income and transferred income,and its proportion in total income is getting higher.Property income has become a new income growth point.Zhejiang residents' property income has ranked first in 31 provinces and autonomous regions for many years.Reforming the system of property ownership,the rapid socio-economic development,a strong sense of investing and managing finance and perfect social security system are the main factors for Zhejiang residents' steady increase in property income.Meanwhile we put forward six pieces of suggestions to increase Zhejiang residents' property income and regulate the capital market according to the specific circumstances of Zhejiang Province.
