An empirical analysis of the property income of the urban and rural residents in Henan Province

From the 17th National Congress of the CPC to the big eighteen,the central policy focus on property income is stronger.Data shows,nearly ten years,the income of urban and rural residents of Henan province property of rapid growth,but in the proportion of total income is still low,and more concentrated in urban and rural income channels,dual is significant,the property income gap between different income groups,different regions also exist for a long time.In order to further increase the property income residents,both efforts should be made to expand the scale and property of residents,optimize the investment environment,but also enhance the level of personal finance,and efforts to narrow the income gap between residents and property.
